Trying to work out

Some of the glitches in this matrix

There's too many bypasses

And breaks in the circuits

That why I'm trying to keep it fluid

And flow like electric

Transmitting crystal clear

And cutting through the static

So you could get a taste

Of these amateur dramatics

Listen carefully

As I map out mad schematics

And try and follow the blueprints

To these verbal mathematics

It's just vocal consciousness

At one with mother nature

The Earth

The land

The sea

Living real real

Living righteously

Reading knowledge

Expanding my creativity

Thinking deeper thoughts

Away from negativity

Mind Notes Pt.27 'Broken Rhymes 3'

Brains swirl

Mad scriptures prevail

Running with the lions

Trying to make it to Zion

Many planes  crash and burn

But through the sky we're still flying

Nothings free

We search for peace

But the powers keep lying

Flash from the smoke

While fires keep rising

Planet earth dying

From this human enterprising

Used and abused

And left feeling worthless

False respect

Leads to false purpose

Stark glares

Cut like tower blocks

Through skylines

Stark dares

Evil acts

Clinging to our lifelines

Serious risks

But people keep going back

Like a fiend dying for food

But yet he reach for the crack

Pressure simmer

And the voices just keep on calling

Hunger burning

And the bodies just keep on falling

It's a struggle every day

Just waking up in the morning

We just trying to stay alive

To see a new day dawning

To expose the facts

How long will it take

How long before truth reveals

What's real and fake

There's something bad in the air

And it's not the weather

Kinetic energy from movements

While we scramble for cheddar

Hop cracks in the street

Avoid the crack in the street

Hungry foes step on toes

Got to watch your feet

No respect

People ruthless

We fly through light years

Shed heavy tears

Realise our worst fears

Intelligence and technology

Keep advancing

Puppet masters pull strings

So puppets keep dancing

No unity community

Got to prove yourself

Because it's get or get got

In this system of wealth

So we function

On a dysfunctional level

The few control the truth

So they're not on our level

But we continue to endeavour

Until the end of our tether

Because we know we're not alone

And we can make it together

Reservations

About certain situations

Like fate of the nations

And tax inflations

Nerves wear thin

Like paper patience

Looking through the looking glass

We study the ancients

But no reparations

They keep dropping bombs

Keep passing laws 

So our freedoms are gone

It's a cold cut clear case

Of corruption

Don't believe the lies

Because these people keep bluffing

Coming up

With big expectations

But waiting in vain

Leads to frustrated nations

Some flee from train stations

Or locked in police stations

Some in tropical locations

Some are hospital patients

But we remain gracious

And keep the peace

But if our buttons get pushed

Then some release the beast

Because we're all human beings

And we're born to eat

We share the sun, moon & stars

And the air we breathe

We sit and wonder

About this marvellous mirage

The journey's unclear

We're trying to read the stars

We sit and wonder

About this wonderful world

Delusions of grandeur

In minds of boys and girls

Man doesn't live

On just bread alone

But we all born alone

And we all die alone

But love remains the emblem

Of eternity

Mother nature

The loving hands of maternity

The ultimate measure of a man

Is not where he stands

In times of comfort

And convenient plans

But where he stands in times

Of challenge and controversy

Like the late great Martin said

We must show mercy

Peace, Love

And no police

We all free to travel lands

And just walk the streets

If our eyes were open wide

And our minds were free

We could be living side by side

In harmony

They say that's all stuff of dreams

Just fantasies

And I shouldn't let my thoughts

Run away with me

But my response is

Are you sitting comfortably

Because I'd like to share some thoughts

About this world we see

Fresh free music

Free yourself

Free your mind

The written word's

The greatest achievement

Of mankind

Rise the spawn

Of the dawn

Of rational reasoning

If we could write

We could rhyme

If we could talk

We could sing

So leave the skeletons

Locked firmly up in the cupboard

Because we got to move forward

Never settle

For a personal settlement

Too many regrets

And you wonder

Where your dreams all went

Make actions that dictate

Chains of reactions

Enough is enough

We got far too many distractions

People make mockeries

Of these fake democracies

Do we die on our feet

Or do we live on our knees

Various varieties

Of different people and places

The geography of lands and seas

Found in hearts and faces

But regardless how many times

We seek and we find

We still wonder how colossal

Is the science of the mind

Fight your corner

Edge to make your last push

Lips speak their last words

Eyes take their last look

Turn the page of the book

As we start new chapters

Move forward

Avoid the fake fronters and actors

One two skip a few

And we're nearly there

But can we be cautious

And can we take care

Because there's no such thing

As lifetime stability

There's only opportunity

So act accordingly

What really matters

Is the state of your soul

Different people come and go

Like starts through black holes

So it doesn't really matter

What the people might say

Only answer to ourselves

At the end of the day

We manifest aspirations

Hard work and toil

Adjust the pressure levels

So the blood don't boil

Because each day is a test

So we stay on revision

Time ticks fast

We're all taking our chances

But every now and then

We get occasional glances

Of clarity

We keep ticking on

Whatever life throws

We still stand strong

The path is long

But the bricks ain't yellow

So we keep level heads

And keep the mood mellow

Conversations flow

Like the finest wines

Keep in good company

Relax and unwind

Whether long or short pockets

Everyone can reflect

Live life by your virtues

Always show respect

Sun rise and sun sets

The moon pulls the tide

Some try bridge the gap

But the margin is wide

We struggle and we strive

To succeed and win

Work hard

Because what we get out

Is what we put in

Always finish what we start

Stay true to the cause

Luck closes windows

But it opens doors

So remain optimistic

About your choices

Trust your own instinct

Ignore the voices

Some people admire

While others may envy

Those who feel jealousy

Hearts are always empty

The value of mother nature

Can't be stored in banks
